Interview

One day in the library

The librarian of our institution well known as "Albita" told us about how usually are her days at the library, as many see it as a somewhat boring and pointless site, which only consists of reading books and not visited for anyone, and although this unfortunately has some truth and has lost the essence of that wonderful place where we find new worlds with the act of opening a book, in this article we will try to rescue a little magic of this beautiful place. Then you will see what normally happens in a day in the library
First comes Albita with her literacy teachers at nine o'clock, she assigned each activity which is normally organize books or new collections that differ by area. She sits down on her place, turn on her computer and check the mail to check whether the Education Ministry has sent a request
A day arrive roughly 100 students counting the young people who are in break time, and those in class (usually in the course of Spanish) reach the so-called "Hours reading" or in the two days of the day . Therefore they are 500 students on average a week visiting the library.
The busiest days for her are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday serving both teachers and students in their support for the culture of reading. Each year they purchase books to have new material and work with students.

Finally we want to give a sincere thank to Albita for her hard work in the institution, for its dedication and love for what she does.
